We understand that there may be situations where an order needs to be cancelled. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms, conditions, and procedures for cancelling orders.  

Cancellation Before Shipment  

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or prior to dispatch, whichever comes first  
• Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to our customer support team  
• Once approved, the full payment will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days  

Orders After Dispatch  

• Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been shipped  
• Customers may initiate a return after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy  

Modifications to Orders  

• Changes to products or delivery addresses are not allowed after an order has been placed  
• If changes are required, the eligible order must be cancelled, and a new order placed
